What I loved most about working with my nurse coach was: Erin is fantastic! We clicked and it was easy to see right from the beginning that Erin is compassionate and has a passion for what she does! I looked forward to meeting with her each time! 

My biggest win when working with my nurse coach was: Having Erin validate feelings and also having her provide coaching as to opposing thoughts/feelings and how to reframe thoughts and ideas toward a more positive outcome. She would pick up on clues based on the conversation we were having and provide insight into the things she would hear me say and expound on those items, which was helpful. 

My biggest insight that happened as a result of our coaching sessions was: Reminding me that knowledge is power and that I have the power to to change my thoughts about something. And then act on those accordingly. 

I would recommend Nurse Life Coaching because: Oh gosh, because Erin is so great. She would just let me "word vomit" all over her and then when I wasn't sure where to go with the conversation, she would step in with her insights and help lead me. We had lots of laughs and she seemed to have a knack for understanding exactly where I was at in each situation. She would push me where necessary, without overstepping. She is doing wonderfully and any of her clients will be lucky to work with her!
